Arthur Burns going the extra mile on World Smokefree Day
A wonderful celebration was had at Arthur Burns Preschool on World Smokefree Day. Balloons were put up around the centre, VeggieBoys donated some pears for the children’s morning tea and Dunedin's professional storyteller, Kaitrin, shared some songs and stories promoting healthy Little Lungs to the children.

After participating in the Little Lungs workshop Arthur Burns have put up poster displays, and proudly presented their Little Lungs certificate at their reception desk to raise awareness amongst their whānau.
“The Little Lungs programme provided us with great resources, information, and training about promoting Smokefree messages. We love how non-threatening and supportive the approach is - we are always coming from the positive and not the negative, and have received exemplary support from the Little Lungs team.” says Lyn Collins, Head Teacher, Arthur Burns Preschool.
